Newcomers' Gathering

One of the greatest blessings we have in church life is welcoming new people to the fold: fresh faces and spirits to know, love, and grow with on this Christian journey. On Sunday, April 27th, from 5–7 pm in the parish hall, we are hosting a Newcomer’s Gathering to celebrate the folks who have become part of our community of St. James in the last couple of years. This will be a fun evening with dinner provided by members of St. James who are not newcomers (a sign-up sheet is on the parish hall ramp bulletin board for this purpose). Members – who are not newcomers – are asked to bring an entrée, dessert, side, or salad to share with everyone.
