Gun Violence Awareness Prayer Service

June is Gun Violence Awareness month. Gun violence continues to be a huge challenge in our country, in our cities and towns. For the last few years, several of our church communities have come together to pray for peace and to envision, with God’s help, a different path forward. Join us this Thursday, June 6th, at 7 pm for a service of prayer and healing. We understand that real action by governing bodies is necessary for gun violence to be truly diminished, but we hope you will join us to deepen our resolve to be voices for peace in the world. The Vigil Against Gun Violence will take place in Farmington on the Meetinghouse Green between the Barney Library and the First Church of Christ at 75 Main Street.
