Live as the Body & Blood of Christ

The cup of blessing that we bless, is it not a sharing in the blood of Christ? The bread that we break, is it not a sharing in the body of Christ? Because there is one bread, we who are many are one body, for we all partake of the one bread.”

1 Corinthians 10: 14-17

What might become of us if we were to live as the Body and Blood of Christ, not only as people taking the Eucharist into our bodies but living our lives as people that God’s blessing resides within? May we live as the Body and Blood of Jesus and may we relate to others as if they were part of the body, indivisible children and fellow citizens of God’s kingdom, for that is who we are all called to be.
