Movie Night!

On Saturday, January 12th, at 6 p.m. we will have our second Movie Night of the formation year, with a showcasing of the movie, Risen. Bring dinner (we will supply the popcorn, drinks, and dessert) and join us for a showing of the film. Risen follows the crucifixion and Resurrection of Jesus through the eyes of a Roman Tribune, a soldier stationed in Jerusalem during the last days of Christ. The film is imaginative and provocative, with truly mesmerizing performances from Joseph Fiennes (Shakespeare in Love, The Handmaid’s Tale), as Clavius, the Tribune; Peter Firth (Equus, The Hunt for Red October, and many, many plays); and Tom Felton (Draco from the Harry Potter series). Join us for a time of stimulating entertainment and conversation after. We will be watching on our brand new entertainment system!
